I paid a little extra for the superior capsule room, and loved it. This was my 3rd capsule/hostel on this trip and the superior capsule gives you your own little room with a door and a personal locker in it. It also came with a small desk with extra outlet that comes in handy. All the capsules had a little more room than the others I stayed at and did come with a TV inside. If you are looking for a capsule hotel with value, this place really delivers.

The location is amazing, it is close to Akiba station and close to Ueno station with connections to the subway systems in Tokyo. Great if you coming via Narita by the Keisei Skyliner. It was raining the first morning and the wonderful staff gave me an umbrella. もう一度ありがとうございました。 It is extremely quiet and comfy to sleep. Amenities are all there and plentiful, the onsen is a huge bonus after a long day of travels. The vending machine that serves drinks has a sport nutrition drink called DAKARA, which will save you on hot sunny days. Kinda wish I had booked it for Kyoto as well.

This was one of the better pod hotels I’ve stayed in, with fairly comfy beds (don’t expect western style mattresses!) No annoying announcements in the morning like some of the others. Very clean, friendly staff, easy to use facilities. Good price, great amenities including a machine to wash/dry clothing.

1) The location - It's just a few minutes walk from the akibahara JR station and it's right next to Sukiya. The sign is big enough to be spot easily 2) The price 3) the bath room - there's a artificial onsen thing, kinda small could only fit three to four people but it's nice after a tiring day. The kelp tea outside the bath is very nice too 4) the staffs are friendly even they can barely speak English

Excellent staff, willing to help in any way they can. All the areas of the hotel are very clean, and they have a lot of items for free, like toothbrushes, combs and even earphones. The lounge area is extremely comfortable, with free drinks, several magazines and a surplus of power outlets.

There were major disruptions on the Shinkansen, so I had to stay an extra night in Tokyo. Decided to try a capsule hotel. I don't regret it. Good location in Akihabara, really clean and fresh facilities, and nice staff. 24h reception. The bottom floor had a lounge with free drinks, showers and bath. The capsule itself was very cosy, and I slept great. I felt all the guests really respected the quiet time and no one was disturbing the peace. I only stayed for one night, but I really recommend this for a short-term stay (maybe long-term as well?)

It's a very modern hotel and a great place to say! For the very reasonable price that they charge you get more than your money's worth. The shower room was nice and clean. They provide free hot drinks which is a nice bonus. There are also vending machines in the lobby which come in handy. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough, I'm very happy with my stay here.
